Hamilton Lakes Major Kitchen and Master Renovation

Our client was interested in maintaining the identity of this sweet old brick ranch in Hamilton Lakes subdivision; however, she wanted a fresh, light filled, very functional new kitchen.  She requested as much storage and counter as we could design into her new space. Her other criteria included using as many energy efficient and green products as possible.  We were able to recycle most of the original wood floors, all of the windows were reused and the new windows came from a restore and recycle warehouse.  The paint used was a low VOC product made by Sherwin Williams, Harmony.  Executive Cabinetry was used since they are a Greenguard certified company meeting the NAHB national green building standard as well as the USGBC LEED TM Green building ratings.  All appliances were certified by the ERS (Energy Reduction Specialist).
